Error message: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing
Problem:
When installing CatBase on a Windows computer, you get this error message.
Cause:
The missing dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is installed with a Windows update. For some reason this update has not been installed on your computer.
Solution:
Download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.
