Publish only the Main Category
Q: When publishing my data organised by Category, I want to include under each Category only records for which that is the Main Category. How can I achieve this?
A: There is an option in the Category Settings tab of Publishing Stylesheets for this.
- Select your Publishing Stylesheet
- Click on the Category Settings tab.
- There's a pair of radio buttons labelled
- Main Category
- All categories

Every record can be added to any number of Categories, and one of them must be marked as the Main Category. The first Category you select for any record will become the Main Category; you can choose a different one by simply selecting the Main Category checkbox in the list of Categories for that record.
