When I try to publish Categories. none of my Publishing Stylesheets are shown

The Problem:

You're trying to publish data sorted by Category. But when you select one or more Categories to publish, no Publishing Stylesheets appear in the Publish Data dialog, or only some of them appear.

The Solution:

You need to make sure that CatBase knows that you want a particular Publishing Stylesheet to be organised by Category. To do this:

1. Select the appropriate Publishing Stylesheet
2. Go to the Preferences tab
3. Select the checkbox: Organise by Category
4. Save the Publishing Stylesheet
