Certain characters or text strings are being deleted from my data!

There is an option in Paragraph properties to delete specified text from the paragraph - maybe you have inadvertently entered something into that area? To check it out:

1. Select your Publishing Stylesheet
2. Double-click on the offending Paragraph to open the Paragraph Properties window
3. Select the Text Cleanup tab in the Paragraph Properties window
4. Look at the options selected for Delete text if it is: and Text Replacement
5. Clear the fields:
1. anywhere in the paragraph:
2. at the end of the paragraph:
3. Replace this text:
4. With this:
